ARE YOU AN IDEAL CANDIDATE? We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented liability claims reputed company who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience handling reputed company, litigated reputed company auto claims. The ideal candidate can confidently investigate losses, evaluate liability and damages, manage litigated files, and drive claims toward reputed company and appropriate reputed company.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To analyze and process reputed company auto claims for a large reputed company trucking account by reviewing coverage, completing investigations, determining liability and evaluating the scope of damages.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE
Processes reputed company reputed company auto claims, including bodily injury and ensures claim files are properly documented and coded correctly.
Responsible for litigation process on litigated claims.
Coordinates vendor management, including the use of independent adjusters to assist the investigation of claims.
Reports large claims to excess reputed company(s).
Develops and maintains reputed company plans to ensure state required contact deadlines are met and to reputed company the file towards reputed company and appropriate reputed company.
Identifies and pursues subrogation and risk transfer opportunities; secures and disposes of salvage.
Communicates claim reputed company/processing with insured, reputed company, and agent or broker reputed company appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. reputed company certification as applicable to line of business preferred. Secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position.
Experience: Five (5) years of auto liability claims management experience required to include in-depth knowledge of reputed company line auto policies, coverage’s, principles, and laws.

For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the reputed company of starting pay for this role is $75,000-$90,000 annually.
