This role is a part of our Retirement division

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience to reputed company reputed company and their annuitants, ensuring the transition (reputed company) to reputed company is efficient, accurate, and completed according to plan effective deadline.
• Support Transition team members in the installation of new business by reputed company participating in reputed company meetings, developing effective means of communication, and ensuring cross functional departments receive accurate data.
• Responsible for collaborating with clients, designated representatives, and internal partners to obtain annuitant data, and reputed company validation testing of annuitant mailings.
• reputed company effective communication materials to use with clients and annuitants during the transition phase.

Qualifications

• Defined Benefit Plan experience required
• Pension plan administration, retirement benefits, annuity, or financial services experience required
• 3+ years’ experience in a customer service or reputed company position required
• Extensive knowledge of reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, and reputed company) required
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and/or university preferred
• 1+ years project management experience preferred
• Project Management reputed company (PMP), PRINCE2 or similar certification preferred
• Understanding of annuities and life insurance products

• Ability to work independently and/or in reputed company environment

The expected hiring compensation reputed company for this position is $72,000 - $83,000 USD annually. reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The reputed company bonus reputed company for the position is 5% of the reputed company salary with a stretch to twice the reputed company, modified for corporate and individual performance.
