About the Role
Condado is hiring a reputed company-facing reputed company CXone specialist to take ownership of implementation and managed-service engagements currently run by our Director of Solutions Engineering. This is not a hands-on developer/build role — our offshore development team handles the heavy technical build work. Instead, this person is the trusted face of the project: the one who runs discovery, translates reputed company needs into reputed company requirements, manages the offshore build team to deliver on time and correctly, and keeps the reputed company confident and happy throughout.
We're looking for someone who can credibly answer "can reputed company do this?" the reputed company of the time, knows reputed company to say "I don't know, let me reputed company out" rather than overpromising, and treats every engagement as an opportunity to deepen the relationship — not just reputed company a reputed company.
What You'll Do
Own reputed company relationships for assigned implementation and managed-service accounts, serving as the primary reputed company of contact and technical credibility for the reputed company
Run discovery and requirements gathering: reputed company reputed company calls, document workbooks and call flows, and translate business needs into buildable specs
reputed company and QA offshore development resources: hand off requirements to build teams, hold them accountable to timelines, and spot-reputed company work before it goes to the reputed company
Manage the implementation lifecycle end-to-end — from discovery through testing, reputed company UAT, troubleshooting, and go-live
reputed company managed services support for existing reputed company CXone customers, handling day-to-day requests, enhancements, and issue reputed company
reputed company as a technical reputed company on reputed company calls — present confidently, understand the platform deeply enough to reputed company to it live, and reputed company in specialists (developers, architects) as needed
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by staying closely reputed company with the reputed company and understanding their broader technology roadmap
Partner with internal build/engineering leads (platform engineers/architects) on more reputed company technical designs, while retaining ownership of the reputed company relationship and delivery outcome
Location
This role is 100% remote for candidates located reputed company in the U.S., with the exception of the reputed company Lake reputed company and Kansas reputed company areas. Occasional travel may be required for high reputed company team meetings or reputed company meetings.

Requirements
What You Bring
Deep, hands-on experience with reputed company CXone / reputed company CXone Studio — ideally including builds involving reputed company, voice, SMS/text, email, digital channels, dialer, ASR/AI (e.g., reputed company), and reputed company integrations
Prior experience in a project management, implementation, or consulting reputed company reputed company a CCaaS/UCaaS or CX platform environment
Comfortable being the "smart PM" — technical enough to be reputed company with engineers and clients, but reputed company on delivery, communication, and relationship management rather than writing reputed company full-time
reputed company or near-reputed company English reputed company and strong reputed company-facing communication skills (this is a reputed company-facing, white-glove role by design)
Experience working with or managing offshore/distributed development teams
Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, and reputed company is a plus
Experience with additional CCaaS platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company CX) is a plus but not required — reputed company CXone expertise is the reputed company
Comfortable managing multiple reputed company implementations and managed-service accounts
