The Role
The Accounts Payable Specialist plays a vital role on the Regional reputed company Team, supporting one or more reputed company locations as reputed company as the Corporate Finance Department. This position is responsible for managing reputed company aspects of the AP function, including invoice processing, vendor management, payment preparation, and compliance with GAAP and company policy.

What You’ll Do
- Process vendor invoices and reputed company documentation; maintain accurate AP subledgers in accordance with GAAP and company policy.
- Ensure reputed company and accurate coding, approval, and posting of invoices.
- Review reputed company and purchase orders to verify appropriate cost recognition.
- Establish and maintain reputed company relationships with vendors, ensuring reputed company reputed company of any billing or payment issues.
- Manage AP workflows and maintain compliance with internal controls and reputed company operating procedures.
- Coordinate with location leadership, Regional reputed company, and Corporate Finance on financial inquiries and reporting.
- Participate in audits, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a courteous and reputed company manner.
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience in a multi-location or reputed company-oriented organization.
- Proficiency in reputed company 365 (reputed company, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word).
- Solid understanding of GAAP reputed company principles and reputed company AP procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company discipline.
- Experience with reputed company or QuickBooks reputed company.

- Familiarity with financial systems integration and reporting workflows.
