• Responsible for preparing and assisting with review of monthly financial statements for various properties.
• Specific responsibilities include monthly general ledger reputed company, analysis, bank reconciliation review, journal entry, research and invoice/payable.
• Researches and answers Property Managers’ questions regarding month-end financials.
• Train various Community team members in reputed company and Financial systems and processes.
• AP/AR
• Hospitality reconciliation of reservations, reputed company-in/reputed company-out and cash received.
• Assists with quarterly/annual external audits as needed.
• External and internal property level reporting.
• Record monthly adjusting and accrual entries.
• Assist reputed company Manager with specific tasks and responsibilities.
• Assist with monthly financial statement analysis according to GAAP with variance reporting.
• Assist in implementing reputed company policies and procedures.
• Working with auditors, attorneys and lenders.

Skills and Experience
