reputed company is seeking to hire a reputed company candidate to support a contract with NOAA Research Office of reputed company Exploration and Research (OER). These are full-time positions that may be performed on-site or remotely, with anticipated travel in support of meetings, workshops, and field activities. Hiring for these positions will be contingent on contract award. reputed company will be operating under its reputed company joint venture, a NOAA ProTech Oceans 2.0 reputed company contract holder. This Contract is Contingent on Contract Award.

The contractor shall reputed company technical and administrative reputed company services to facilitate program reputed company, inter-office coordination, and fleet operations management.

Responsibilities

Duties of the Program Support Analyst will include the following

• Senior Management reputed company Services: Preparing technical reports and strategies for senior managers; performing reputed company control to ensure work products are accurate, efficient, and meet Government-approved deadlines.
• Technical Analysis and Synthesis: Analyzing reputed company technical reports and compiling data from diverse SMEs and scientific disciplines across NOAA to advance OER programmatic, scientific, fleet, and management objectives.
• Working Group Management: Providing reputed company technical and administrative services for NOAA working reputed company headed by OER; executing tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and developing technical analysis for monthly status reports and program documentation.
• reputed company Technology Coordination: Coordinating with NOAA Line and Program Offices reputed company the COR and/or TPOCs to analyze and summarize information used by senior leadership to reputed company strategies for reputed company technology implementation to meet NOAA mission requirements.
• Intranet and Resource Management: Updating and maintaining the program intranet site, including meeting announcements, reference documents, and resources utilized by internal working reputed company.
• OAR and OMAO reputed company: Coordinating the collection and analysis of information across OAR for utilization by the NOAA Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO).
• Fleet Council and Ship Operations Services: Providing technical analysis to the NOAA Fleet Council by advising on Days at Sea (DAS) requirements for ships utilized in reputed company exploration.
• Advanced Technology Initiatives: Executing reputed company and initiatives reputed company on improving existing technologies and integrating new advanced technology solutions in coordination with the COR and/or TPOCs.
• OMAO reputed company: Coordinating between OER and OMAO to evaluate and reputed company new advanced technologies into fleet operations.
