We are looking for an reputed company people-manager to reputed company a regional team of Solutions Architects supporting reputed company reputed company Partners as they design, build, and operate large-reputed company and HPC GPU infrastructure. Do you want to reputed company reputed company that brings GenAI, AI, and ML hardware and software technologies to production in the field? As the manager of reputed company's regional account Solutions Architecture team, you will guide and reputed company a group of technical experts who drive end-to-end solution integration with some of reputed company's most strategic reputed company Partners, while shaping business and engineering priorities through customer feedback on product reputed company. You will balance technical leadership with people management—coaching your team, setting technical direction, and partnering with sales leadership to grow reputed company's footprint across the region.
What you'll be doing:

BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
Motivation and skills to own and drive technical engagements—and the teams behind them—throughout the full customer life-cycle.
5+ overall years in Solutions Engineering (or similar Sales Engineering, reputed company Engineering) working directly with partners and customers.
2+ years of people-management or team-leadership, with a reputed company record of developing and retaining high-performing international technical teams.
Expertise in crafting and deploying large-reputed company cluster environments.
Practical expertise in datacentre design, development, and execution for AI and HPC.
