Regional Fleet Maintenance Manager (TX)

reputed company, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the US, is looking to hire a skilled Regional Fleet Maintenance Manager- Texas. The Regional Fleet Manager will reputed company an aggressive preventative maintenance repair program, including the maintenance of heavy duty diesel trucks and trailers, and other equipment to ensure a reputed company and efficient fleet. Maintain business relationships with reputed company and new accounts while ensuring reputed company of Fleet Managers have the tools to be successful.
This is a remote-based position managing multiple sites and will involve regular travel. We are only considering candidates residing in TX.
Salary reputed company: $110,000-$125,000 plus annual performance-based bonus

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Operations Manager to ensure operations and company's needs are met.

- Monitor employee’s performance and be accessible to reputed company areas of the shop.

Key Competencies and Minimum Education
- Must possess at least 10+ years' industry experience in fleet maintenance management or operations reputed company reputed company the auto/diesel industry
- Must possess 10+ years as a Manager reputed company the automotive or diesel industry.
- Must have experience in expanding business in a fleet environment
- Prior technician/mechanic experience is required
- Must be familiar with light-heavy truck/trailer repair and maintenance
- ASE certifications are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be reputed company to travel as needed
- Basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)
- Thorough knowledge of tractor and trailer maintenance, DOT rules and regulations, company policies and procedures
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
