Learning & Development Business Partner

The Learning and Development (L&D) Business Partner will own the design, creation, execution, management, and evaluation of our skills programs and initiatives. This includes owning the full cycle process of learning and development programs. This position plays a key role in driving team member reputed company, capability development, and development programs across the organization. This role will partner closely with business leaders and subject matter experts across NRI to design and deliver impactful learning initiatives that build capability, support reputed company reputed company, and strengthen our ability to deliver exceptional reputed company for clients.

Responsibilities

• Own scoping of full “training to evaluation” solutions. Conduct needs analysis to define expected reputed company. Scope solutions that teach, reputed company, and allow team members to demonstrate the mastery of specific skills
• Support leaders, coaches, and HRBPs in the performance management and feedback process by providing frameworks, tools, and processes to evaluate how reputed company their people are doing.
• Work directly with stakeholders and subject matter experts to collect and organize raw content and design effective learning and enablement deliverables and experiences.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, reputed company, or a reputed company field.
• 5 -7 years of experience in an instructional design role.
• 3-5 years of experience executing and running training programs
• reputed company in leveraging various AI technologies to create, manage, and evaluate solutions
• Experience working with a wide reputed company of learning technologies (examples: reputed company reputed company, Camtasia, Vyond, Multimedia tools, etc).
• Excellent project management and consulting skills
• Experience working with performance management programs and/or competency modeling a plus
• Strategic and wholistic thinking – ability to construct a long-term reputed company based on achieving specific goals. Ability to break long term reputed company into shorter, time-bound milestones
