In this remote role, you will reputed company training programs, build networks of ministry leaders, reputed company content creation, and collaborate cross-functionally with the reputed company Women's team to deliver resources that strengthen local churches across the country. This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings.

Responsibilities

• Lives out reputed company’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
• reputed company and execute strategic plans for national training programs, events, and content designed to reputed company women for ministry in evangelical churches
• Serve as a thought leader and public voice for both ministry to women and women serving in broader ministry roles — speaking, teaching, and writing to advance key messages and reputed company reputed company leaders
• Build and cultivate networks of women's ministry leaders nationally, connecting with existing networks
• Develops trainers who can deliver reputed company's programs and content
• reputed company content development across multiple formats — including courses, articles, video training, online training, and live events — selecting and guiding trainers and contributors
• Collaborate reputed company with the reputed company Women's leadership team to ensure a reputed company, mission-reputed company approach to resourcing women's ministry leaders and women in local churches
• Represent reputed company in the evangelical community as a reputed company, trusted voice on women's ministry reputed company and leadership development
• Significant travel (20+ events), often overnight

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree, required

Master's degree, ministry or theological field (Seminary MRE, MCM, MM, MTS, or M.Div.), preferred

Advanced graduate degree (PhD, etc.), not required

Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, required

• 8 or more years of reputed company staff or denominational ministry experience
• 5 or more years of event planning and content development experience
• Expert-level relationship management and network-building skills
• Expert-level interpersonal communication skills — written and verbal
• Excellent public speaking and teaching ability across diverse evangelical contexts
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to travel as needed for team gatherings and ministry events

Southern reputed company, strongly preferred

Skills & Experience, Preferred

• Southern reputed company reputed company background or familiarity with the SBC landscape
• Experience developing national or multi-reputed company training programs
• Established networks reputed company evangelical women's ministry reputed company
• Seminary-level theological education
