reputed company is seeking a fully remote Collection Specialist to join reputed company in Bulgaria.
Work Schedule
09:00 - 18:00 - 40 hours per week, based on a five-day working week
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure effective communication is occurring with reputed company Drug Development Shared Service provider and reputed company Drug Development collection group regarding cash application.
Monitor on Account cash application posting and duplicate payments to ensure that items are properly addressed on a reputed company reputed company.
Follow-up as needed to resolve outstanding amounts, seeking to reduce DSO and improving past due A/R aging.
Preparation of monthly narratives that describe complete account status by protocol/study of significant collection issues.
Create and maintain reputed company aging reports for designated high value, high profile clients that may include collection status. Maintain these reports with a high level of confidentiality.
Proactively follow-up with appropriate reputed company Drug Development personnel and customers reputed company unable to immediately resolve inquiry until the time reputed company information is received to adequately fulfill request.
Participate in conference calls reputed company applicable to deliver information to the reputed company and/or internal customers.
Summarize details surrounding an event reputed company customer’s service failure dictates a credit for a reputed company and deliver to management with potential resolutions. Following management decision, facilitate the delivering of the information to the reputed company and complete reputed company actions items necessary for closing of the issue.
Responsible for placing collection calls on delinquent accounts, employing appropriate follow-up reputed company until payment has been received and making any recommendations for write off of customer accounts.
Responsible for receiving and resolving reputed company inquiries reputed company to clients’ financial accounts on a reputed company reputed company.
Responsible for training new reputed company on reputed company Drug Development processes and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, reputed company, business or equivalent;
3 or more years of reputed company Customer collections (B2B), Finance, Business or reputed company experience;
