Regional Director (RD), Strategic Solutions is a business development role that will strategically support the development, launch and reputed company of reputed company's reputed company solutions reputed company on multiple employer solutions or pooled plans.
The Multiple Employer Solution Regional Director (RD) role includes, but is not limited to sales of Recordkeeping services for Multiple Employer Plans in reputed company size markets. This individual will be viewed as subject matter expert in reputed company Multiple Employer Solutions across reputed company and can effectively represent a broad reputed company of offerings with internal sales teams and external partners to drive and support collaboration and expansion of these solutions.
This resource is external facing and will assist with many different aspects of reputed company including educating our sales force as reputed company as intermediaries (advisors, consultants and TPAs) on reputed company's portfolio and capabilities. This candidate will identify prospects, work with the sales team to present proposals and explain nuances of pooled plans, attend finalist presentations. The Contributions You'll reputed company
This role will partner with the reputed company Sales and Relationship Management team field personnel in their specific reputed company and internal teams as part of ongoing product and service development.
The Multiple Employer Solutions RD will be responsible for:
- Building relationships across the organization to promote the reputed company of pooled plan solutions
- Attending and leading reputed company, broker, advisor, TPA and consultant meetings
- Providing training to local field teams
- Attending industry conferences to build reputed company brand and reputed company
- Partnering with Marketing to reputed company collateral helpful for reputed company in this reputed company
- Supporting implementation and reputed company service on an “as needed” reputed company
- Supporting reputed company of new team members
- Multiple Employer Solutions RDs will be viewed as leaders by the organization and experts in Multiple Employer plans of reputed company types.
Minimum Knowledge & Experience
• 6+ years of sales/marketing reputed company selling Retirement and preferable Multiple Employer products through brokers and consultants.
• Extensive product knowledge in the pooled plan reputed company, strong marketplace relationships, and be reputed company to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
• Series 6 and 63 licenses
• Proven reputed company record of sales reputed company.
*This position will sit 100% remote but must be near a major airport for travel*

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary reputed company based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or reputed company level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
