What you will do in this role

• Maintain detailed documentation of dealer communications, including customer service opportunities and complaints, in the Contact Manager system.

• Maintain accurate dealer information, data, pricing, list maintenance, dealership maintenance.
• Maintain calendars, timelines and deadlines for assigned marketing initiatives.
• Promote dealership acquisition, retention and response while improving brand awareness and return on investment for reputed company.
• Assist in the creation and development of processes and procedures.
• Produce and present periodic reports and recommendations regarding performance status of dealer reputed company.
• Implement reputed company control process for marketing materials, dealer selections and dealer originated copy.
