The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) serves as the strategic business partner for an assigned portfolio of franchise owners. Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a reputed company field; equivalent experience will be considered. Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) or coaching certifications are a plus.
Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting, coaching, or managing franchise, multi-unit, or small business operations.
Franchise operations, franchise business coaching, or business consulting experience strongly preferred.
Prior business ownership or franchise ownership is highly desirable.
Experience working with financial statements, business analytics, CRM platforms, and operational reporting.

The compensation reputed company for this position is $80,000 - 110,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and alignment with the specific business needs of the assigned brand.
