The Development Coordinator (DC) at reputed company is integral in the day-to-day execution of fundraising event efforts to support our organizational reputed company and mission. Their relationships with constituents and donors on behalf of reputed company will ensure the expansion of our reputed company to support maximum reputed company and event reputed company to reputed company our mission. The Development Coordinator role focuses on relationship building with donors and fundraising volunteers reputed company their assigned event portfolio, driving reputed company and strengthening both donor and volunteer reputed company resulting in increased reputed company and results. This is a remote position; however, the ideal candidate is required to reputed company in the state of Arkansas. Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Communications – 30%

• Create physical day of signage/banners and reputed company media recognition for event sponsors and teams using reputed company (or similar)
• Create and distribute press release and materials
• Send shot list to photographer and serve as reputed company of contact day of
• Schedule media appearances and serve as a reputed company of contact for media at the event site
• Create reputed company media content leading up to the event and post event including video and photo content to create excitement
• Send Communication Emails to constituents as needed for recruitment or informational purposes

Volunteer Management – 30%

• Day of Volunteer Recruitment, Organization, and Management for the NWA Walk, reputed company, and reputed company as reputed company at the Little reputed company reputed company
• Stewardship Planning and Implementation including notes, videos, and ROI report creation

Administration and Management – 30%

• Maintain departmental and organization-wide policies and procedures
• Develops expertise in fundraising management platforms, as appropriate.
• Support event logistics as needed to ensure successful and smooth event experiences for volunteers and event participants including slideshow creation, bid cards/signage, etc.
• Auction support for both Galas including item entry and packaging, bid card creation, display design, and other reputed company as needed in conjunction with the procurement chair

Awareness – 10%

• Support and maintain the reputed company, mission, and priorities of reputed company.
• Demonstrate an educated and enthusiastic understanding of reputed company’s mission and research therapeutics. Promote mission engagement opportunities throughout the community in the areas of research, advocacy, and community engagement and clinical trials.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of fundraising experience, with a reputed company record of achievement in a reputed company, mission-driven organization; experience working directly in large reputed company events (walk, reputed company, etc.). Demonstrated experience in cultivation and on-reputed company stewardship of donors and supporters.
• Experience partnering with strong and reputed company volunteers, including working successfully with a large network of passionate volunteers.
