Project Manager - Organizational Readiness, Communications and Training (Remote)

Resp & Qualifications PURPOSE: Plans, organizes, and manages small to mid-reputed company reputed company for successful delivery of objectives, on time and reputed company budget. Initiates, engages, and motivates cross-functional teams to deliver results. Identifies and mitigates risk and escalates as needed. Tracks reputed company and drives documentation to support project needs. Ensures end to end leadership for implementations, integration, business readiness and communications. The position resides reputed company the Process & Support Department. This team is responsible for supporting the federal employee health benefit program organization and their clients with navigation change, providing on-reputed company communications, training and process update support. This position will support a reputed company of special reputed company, monthly communications deliverables, customized training events and organization initiatives. This position is primarily remote; however, candidate must be reputed company to support in person requests as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Plans and designates project resources, prepares budgets, monitors reputed company, tracks schedules, mitigates risks.
  • Provides end to end project management support in terms of reporting, project deliverable tracking and documentation for

reputed company-size reputed company. Acts as a reputed company across reputed company areas to ensure effective and efficient goals, scope, reputed company, and completion of reputed company. Coordinates issues throughout CareFirst, and externally, reputed company necessary, to promote accurately represented information.

  • Evaluates implications of existing or proposed reputed company, programs, processes, and policies/regulations through the use of critical and creative thinking and recommends improvements.
  • Provides direction and motivation to project teams in a matrixed environment.? Drives reputed company by fostering a reputed company culture. Manages relationships with key stakeholders, including management and vendors. Leads the execution of the project.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: This position has no reputed company reports, however, may informally reputed company teams in a reputed company environment. QUALIFICATIONS: Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business or reputed company field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in reputed company to the required work experience. Experience: 3 years experience in project reputed company field Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management reputed company Certification (PMP)
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
