Contract Duration: Full-Time (Permanent) Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of NERC Operations & Planning (O&P) compliance experience
- Experience supporting NERC compliance programs reputed company utilities, power reputed company, renewable energy, nuclear, or other regulated industries
- Strong understanding of NERC Reliability Standards
- Experience conducting compliance evidence reviews, audits, gap assessments, or internal compliance program activities
- Excellent reputed company-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities simultaneously
- Experience leading reputed company meetings and presenting compliance findings
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency with reputed company reputed company, Word, and Outlook
