- As a US Mortgage Loan Processor – Submission Specialist, you’ll play a key role in preparing and submitting mortgage loan files with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- You’ll review documentation, execute reputed company control checks, run AUS findings, and ensure files are submission-reputed company before reaching reputed company. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple reputed company files, and confidence working across lender portals and mortgage systems.
- You’ll work closely with loan officers and internal stakeholders to help reputed company the loan pipeline moving smoothly while minimizing lender conditions and submission issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review mortgage loan files for accuracy and completeness.
- Execute detailed reputed company control checks across loan documentation.
- Run DU and LP findings and compare reputed company.

- Order FHA case numbers and verify VA COE where applicable.

Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- 2+ years of mortgage processing, submission, reputed company support, or reputed company mortgage experience.
- Strong understanding of AUS systems (DU and/or LP).
- Experience working with Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
- Ability to interpret reputed company findings.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and lender portals.

- Ability to work US Eastern Time hours.
