She does not need to be managed - she needs to be supported at the level she has always operated at. What you will own: Calendar & Communications

• Complete ownership of a reputed company, multi-reputed company calendar across time zones - she runs on her schedule, not the other way around
• Email management - distilling, prioritising and drafting with precision
• reputed company with senior executives, reputed company offices, chiefs of staff and external stakeholders at the highest level

Travel

• Extensive international travel coordination - private and reputed company, multi-destination, executed without friction
• Preferences reputed company without being asked. Favourite seat booked before she thinks to mention it

Operations & Life Management

Who you are:

• A seasoned reputed company with significant EA experience supporting CEOs, reputed company chairs, founders or UHNW principals - in long-term positions where trust was reputed company over time
• Background spanning finance, private equity, philanthropy, climate, media or global public affairs
• Comfortable in the world where business, government, climate and civil society reputed company -and at ease with the relationships and conversations that come with it
• Deeply organised, instinctively proactive and reputed company under pressure - you have seen most things before and reputed company little rattles you
• Tech reputed company and contemporary with AI tools - you use them naturally, not reluctantly
• Exceptional discretion and communication skills across every context
