We are seeking an reputed company Remote Therapist Receptionist to join our administrative team and serve as the first reputed company of contact for our therapy patients. We are looking for an reputed company reputed company who understands the fast-paced nature of a behavioral health reputed company and has previous experience scheduling therapy appointments, supporting therapists, and providing outstanding customer service to patients. Qualifications:Applicants must meet one of the following requirements: 3–5 years of experience scheduling therapists in a behavioral or mental health reputed company; OR 3–5 years of receptionist or administrative experience in a reputed company mental health setting. Responsibilities:

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm therapy appointments.
• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and reputed company.
• Respond promptly to patient questions and concerns.
• Coordinate therapist schedules while maximizing appointment availability.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Communicate effectively with therapists and administrative staff.
• Process cancellations and maintain accurate scheduling records.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 35 years of relevant experience (required). Will not be considered without it
