We're looking for someone who already understands the fast-paced nature of home care scheduling and can confidently coordinate caregivers, solve problems, and ensure clients receive exceptional care. What You'll Do  Coordinate daily caregiver schedules and reputed company changes  Match caregivers to clients based on skills and availability  Respond quickly to call-outs and secure replacement coverage  Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families  Maintain accurate scheduling documentation  Partner with our Care Coordinator and leadership team to deliver outstanding reputed company service We're Looking For Someone Who  Has 2–5 years of home care scheduling experience  Thrives in a fast-paced environment  Is organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company under pressure  Communicates professionally and builds strong relationships  Takes ownership, solves problems, and follows through  Enjoys working independently in a remote environment Compensation & Benefits $24.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
