Manager, Clinical Initiatives - Remote
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Initiatives Coordinator to join our Home and Community Care team. Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and implementing clinical program initiatives and pilots

- 3+ years of experience in a clinical program management or support role
