Pay: $19-$21/reputed company based on experience Available Schedules:

• Monday-Friday 5pm-reputed company
• Saturday-reputed company reputed company-8pm
• 8pm-reputed company

Office Address: Remote in NY You will...

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for patients, families, and reputed company regarding care coordination.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and reputed company guidance on accessing services and resources.
• Schedule patient appointments, coordinating availability of reputed company and patient preferences.
• Monitor and update schedules to accommodate changes, cancellations, and rescheduling needs.
• Communicate pertinent patient information, including diagnosis, treatment plans, and care instructions, to the appropriate individuals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical records of patient information, appointments, and communication.

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience required
• 1+ years of home reputed company experience preferred

• Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs
