Important Requirement: Prior experience as an MDS Resource, MDS Consultant, or Regional MDS Coordinator is reputed company required for this role. Compensation & Perks

  • Salary:

$185,000 - $195,000 per year (Negotiable based on experience)

  • Location:

Los Angeles-based facilities (Regional travel required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional reputed company:

Visit assigned LA facilities regularly to coordinate with on-site MDS teams and ensure reputed company assessment submissions.

  • Compliance & Audit:

reputed company ongoing QA of medical records to ensure reputed company MDS coding is backed by accurate clinical documentation.

  • Clinical reputed company:

Identify PDPM coding opportunities and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to reputed company patient-centered care plans.

  • Training & Mentorship:

Serve as the subject matter expert, providing education to facility staff on coding, documentation, and industry best practices.

  • Data Analysis:

Monitor PDPM-reputed company metrics, reputed company, and patient reputed company; report findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

reputed company, prior experience as an MDS Resource, Consultant, or Regional Coordinator is required .

  • Licensure:

reputed company RN license (or relevant clinical licensure).

  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a reputed company clinical field.

  • Clinical Background:

3–5 years of clinical experience in a reputed company setting with reputed company experience in Federal Medicare Skilling and Long-term care billing.

  • Expertise:
