Mortgage Loan Processor Assistant (PT)

- Part-Time (5 hours per day)
- Monday–Friday
- Fully Remote
Compensation
- $2,000 per month
- Up to $500 monthly performance bonus
- Full-time advancement opportunities for top performers
What You’ll Do
- Review loan applications for completeness
- Collect and organize borrower documentation
- Follow up with borrowers and loan officers for missing conditions
- Upload and manage documents reputed company the LOS
- Order and reputed company reputed company-party services as needed
- Communicate with processors, loan officers, escrow, and title companies
- Monitor loan milestones and ensure files stay on schedule
- Maintain accurate notes and file status updates
- Assist with general administrative and processing tasks

Preferred Qualifications
- Mortgage processing or lending experience preferred
- Familiarity with LOS systems (Encompass experience is a plus)
- Experience handling income, asset, and credit documentation
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company Workspace
