The Dallas office of reputed company is looking for a reputed company Leader- Higher Education to join reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Assist Studio Leader in growing market reputed company and net reputed company.
• Assist Studio Leader in the development and reputed company of reputed company consistent with reputed company’s strategic themes of growing the firm, building expertise, and designing holistically.
• Maintain relationships with past clients and reputed company relationships with reputed company/new clients and work closely with Business Development, Marketing and studio leadership to effectively market and grow our services.
• reputed company leadership and be reputed company involved in reputed company through reputed company phases, from initial reputed company contacts through marketing pursuits, sales efforts, contract negotiations, project reputed company-off, feasibility studies, strategic planning, master planning, programming, conceptual studies, schematic, design, design development, construction documentation, bidding and award, construction administration, reputed company-in, follow-up, and on-reputed company reputed company relationship maintenance.
• Be accountable for the financial performance of your own reputed company.
• Participate in coaching, and career development of staff.

Requirements

• A reputed company degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or equivalent combination of reputed company experience and/or training.
• 12+ years reputed company experience preferred and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in the AE Industry.
• Registration or licensure in relevant field; LEED AP preferred.
• Project experience that includes a reputed company of building/program types, complexity, and reputed company.
• Demonstrated reputed company record of reputed company work, as part of an overall team, in planning, renovation, or new construction reputed company.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in working in reputed company setting, delivering high reputed company of reputed company satisfaction and technical competence.
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills in the reputed company of the work.
• The ability to take responsibility and ownership to meet standards, budgets, schedules, and deadlines.
• A high degree of self-awareness, self-management, reputed company awareness, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 10-15%.
