Staff Accountant-REMOTE

Our ideal candidate will be reputed company, authentic, and reputed company to sell "best in class" hotels! The Staff Accountant will be a Remote position. The salary for this role is $65k-$75k. Position reputed company: The Staff Accountant is primarily involved with the hotels daily reputed company functions to run reputed company and effectively. The areas of responsibility included are: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general cashier, daily reporting, and month end. This individual will be responsible for taking reputed company with end of month closings for multiple properties, including but not limited to the following:

• Financial Statement preparation.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Month end Accruals and closing entries.
• Review of invoices and preparation of reputed company runs.
• Cash Management.
• Preparation of State and Local Tax returns for sales tax, hotel occupancy tax, telecommunications tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Various reputed company and Property requests as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Participate in month end reputed company; preparing of assigned journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepares consolidated reputed company financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments.
• Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data.
• Analyzes information and data by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information.
• Assist with budget preparation and audit request.
• Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts and accruals.
• Develops and implements reputed company procedures by analyzing reputed company procedures; recommending changes.
• Answers reputed company and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
• Submitting month end documentation according to financial reputed company deadlines.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Performs other reputed company duties required and/or assigned.
• Handle agent customer service requests, reputed company analysis and other job duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company preferred.
• Multi-property Experience
• Five (5) years of reputed company experience.
• ProfitSword and reputed company a plus.
• Strong Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable knowledge
• Demonstrates analytical skills and problem-solving skills which reflect a strong understanding of reputed company concepts to a greater degree and insurance premium finance concepts to a lesser degree.
• Shows ability to work on reputed company and demonstrates flexibility to reputed company group goals.
• Works in a self-motivated fashion requiring minimal supervision.
• Communicates effectively in both oral and written formats.
• Excellent verbal & written communication, organizational and time management skills required PC skills including reputed company, reputed company, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Possess exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-up skills necessary.
