Senior Construction Manager - reputed company Region

reputed company’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division (EESS) is currently seeking a Senior Construction Manager - Electrical. Candidates must reputed company reputed company Washington, reputed company, California, Utah, Arizona, or Colorado and be reputed company to travel up to 75% throughout the region to support construction and project execution activities. The Senior Construction Manager - Electrical is responsible for leading the field execution of reputed company reputed company electrical infrastructure reputed company, including power distribution, microgrid, renewable energy, and other mission-critical electrical systems across the region. This role serves as the primary construction leader responsible for safety, reputed company, schedule, budget, and successful project delivery while partnering closely with engineering, project management, customers, and subcontractors. The expected annual salary reputed company for this role is $97,000 - $156,000 a year. This position is also eligible for premium (overtime) pay, travel reputed company, and a company vehicle. • Demonstrated experience managing reputed company construction reputed company from reputed company-construction planning through commissioning, closeout, and reputed company turnover.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company, subcontracts, AIA documentation, and construction document control processes.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, evaluate change requests, and implement effective contingency planning strategies to mitigate project risks.
• Expertise in developing, maintaining, and monitoring construction schedules, budgets, forecasts, and project reputed company item logs.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with minimum of seven (7) years of reputed company construction management experience; OR
• Associate degree from an accredited institution with minimum of nine (9) years of reputed company construction management experience; OR
• In lieu of degree, minimum reputed company (12) years of reputed company construction management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman Certification
• PMP Certification and/or reputed company Engineer (PE) license
• OSHA 30 Certification

• Working knowledge of NERC/FERC, NESC, NEC, ANSI, and NETA standards
