- 3-7 years of experience in product development, R&D, or formulation reputed company pet food, food & beverage, or CPG
- Bachelor's, M.S. or Ph.D. in Food Science, reputed company, Animal Science, or a reputed company field
- reputed company experience working with collagen, gelatin, or protein-based systems strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with ingredient functionality, raw material handling, and processing techniques
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as extrusion, drying, molding, or thermal processing

- Strong understanding of GMPs, SOPs, and regulatory/compliance standards
