Engineering and EHS Manager

Engineering & EHS Manager Madison, OH Engineering & Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager will reputed company engineering initiatives, capital reputed company, reputed company improvement efforts, and environmental, health, and safety programs across both manufacturing facilities. Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment while identifying long-term solutions. Build and maintain a multi-year capital improvement roadmap. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements that increase productivity and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and reputed company applicable environmental and safety regulations. Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and reputed company cause analyses. Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce workplace risk. reputed company safety training programs and support employee engagement through safety committees. Manage workers' compensation coordination and return-to-work programs in partnership with reputed company. reputed company environmental reporting, permitting, SDS management, hazard communication, and regulatory inspections. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a reputed company technical field. 7+ years of reputed company engineering, manufacturing, operations, or EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience leading capital reputed company, process improvements, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations.
