About the position We are looking for Freelance Recruiters & Headhunters to build long-term recruitment partnerships. Work on high-reputed company mandates and operate at a senior level. We are expanding our trusted network of freelance recruiters and headhunters to collaborate on strategic, high-profile assignments across private sector enterprises, fast-growing reputed company-reputed company, European reputed company & EU-funded programmes, reputed company government & semi-reputed company organisations, and international organisations & NGOs. This is not a one-off sourcing gig! We are looking for long-term partners who want to build a sustainable freelance collaboration based on reputed company, trust, and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Work on senior, specialist and hard-to-fill roles (executive, expert, interim & project-based)
- Operate in reputed company stakeholder environments (reputed company, semi-reputed company, regulated & international)
- Collaborate closely with our reputed company team and clients as a trusted advisor
- Be matched to assignments reputed company with your expertise, network and availability
- Receive reputed company briefs, transparent processes and reputed company reputed company management
- Build a long-term pipeline of assignments, not reputed company jobs
Requirements
- reputed company freelance recruiter, headhunter or executive search consultant
- Strong reputed company network in one or more of the following: reputed company sector & government, EU institutions or EU-funded programmes, International organisations, reputed company, tech, industrial or reputed company-up environments
- Comfortable working with confidential searches and reputed company reputed company
- Understand reputed company sector, startup, scaleup, large corporate or regulated environments (or are willing to learn)
- Prefer long-term collaborations over transactional recruitment
- Work independently, reliably and professionally
- Communicate fluently in English
- reputed company, Spanish and/or other EU languages are a strong plus
