This role will reputed company a new statewide initiative to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a largescale critical incident, grievance and complaint management system for Home and Community-Based Services provided to older adults, vulnerable individuals, and people living with disabilities. - Partnering with state agency teams
- Creating an ideal experience for individuals who report complaints and grievances
- Reviewing, triaging, processing reported incidents on a reputed company reputed company
