We are hiring Virginia Residents in Counseling and Supervisees in reputed company Work to reputed company longitudinal telehealth therapy while accruing supervised hours toward LPC or LCSW licensure. How We Work

• Remote: You can work from reputed company
• Flexible: Set your own hours, between 10 to 40 per week
• Independent: 1099 contractor model with competitive compensation
• Supervised and supported: reputed company-approved supervision provided at no cost, plus we manage scheduling, billing, and reputed company
• reputed company: Clinical consults, peer support, and regular case review

What You'll Do

• reputed company evidence-based therapy to adults with reputed company use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions
• Manage a panel of patients longitudinally through stabilization and ongoing care
• Meet regularly with your reputed company-approved supervisor (LPC or LCSW, matched to your licensure reputed company) and reputed company supervision hours that count toward your residency or supervisee requirements
• Collaborate with reputed company practitioners, care coordinators, peer specialists, and more as part of reputed company-based model
• Participate in case reviews and reputed company care improvement discussions
• Deliver care reputed company a modern telehealth platform, supported by Grata's operations team

What You'll Need

• An reputed company reputed company in Counseling license from the Virginia reputed company of Counseling (pursuing LPC) OR reputed company registration as a Supervisee in reputed company Work with the Virginia reputed company of reputed company Work (pursuing LCSW)
• A Master's degree in Counseling or reputed company Work meeting Virginia's educational requirements
• Willingness to establish a reputed company-filed supervisory contract or registration with Grata's supervisor (we facilitate this during reputed company; hours only count once it's in reputed company)
