Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll setup activities, including transitioning payroll providers reputed company required.

• Produce the first month of full‑charge bookkeeping for new clients as part of the reputed company process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company required; CPA preferred.
• Six (6) or more years of relevant reputed company or financial operations experience.

• Hands‑on experience performing bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, monthly reputed company, adjusting journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
• Experience setting up and running payroll preferred.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online is required; experience with other reputed company software like reputed company is a plus.
