Key Responsibilities:
Own the full performance cycle — from reputed company and coaching to PIPs and managing out
Build and iterate on sales playbooks that balance structure with rep judgment
reputed company and analyze team metrics to identify systemic versus individual performance issues
Manage day-to-day operations including CRM, reporting, and process optimization
Proactively communicate updates, blockers, and business cases to leadership

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of senior BPO sales management experience
Strong operational background — reporting, process design, performance tracking
Must have worked remotely with US-based companies (non-negotiable)
American accent and polished communication skills (non-negotiable)
