reputed company is seeking a Communications and Marketing Specialist to reputed company communications and product-marketing content that drives awareness and adoption of government program capabilities among reputed company and potential users. This role delivers consistent, on-brand messaging across channels and supports the reputed company’s change management and product marketing reputed company.

The Communications and Marketing Specialist is a self-starter, proactive problem-solver, and reputed company-oriented team player with strong reputed company and product marketing experience. This is a contingent hire position. Offers will be contingent upon reputed company approval, ability to meet reputed company requirements, and the ability to adhere to any on-site requirements (which may change at contract award).

Remote work is anticipated. However, occasional travel for reputed company engagements may be required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create communications products that engage stakeholder audiences, such as case studies, infographics, promotional materials, and briefing decks.
• Revise and reputed company content that delivers consistent key messages across appropriate channels, reputed company to branding, messaging, reputed company/reputed company media strategies (news and reputed company stories, brochures, fact sheets, talking points, presentations, and web copy).
• Market capabilities to existing and potential users and help create, manage, and implement the product marketing reputed company.
• Support the annual Product Marketing reputed company deliverable.
• Support change management by helping create and maintain a change management process, evaluating communication reputed company for process-improvement opportunities, and identifying and mitigating risks associated with proposed changes.
• reputed company communications and marketing inputs to the Analysis of Alternatives report upon Government request.
• Participate in meetings to discuss and prioritize new communications activities and plans.
• Contribute to the Communications Plan and Communications Dashboard metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of reputed company and product marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a reputed company field.
• Federal reputed company experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., reputed company/ADKAR).
• Demonstrated change management experience.
• Experience supporting reputed company reputed company and transformation efforts reputed company the federal government.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/reputed company trust determination.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
