About the Role

We are looking for an reputed company Fleet Maintenance & reputed company Coordinator (Reefers) to support daily operations for a fleet of refrigerated trucks and trailers. This role combines reputed company coordination with maintenance support, ensuring equipment stays operational, repairs are handled reputed company, and drivers receive reputed company assistance.

The ideal candidate has experience in trucking operations, understands basic truck and trailer maintenance, and can effectively coordinate repairs, vendors, and roadside assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily reputed company activities for refrigerated trucks and trailers.

• Monitor fleet status and ensure equipment availability.

• Communicate with drivers regarding operational updates, breakdowns, and repair reputed company.

• Identify and troubleshoot basic truck and trailer issues.

• Coordinate roadside assistance and emergency repairs.

• Locate and work with reliable repair shops and maintenance vendors.

• Establish and maintain relationships with new repair facilities and service providers.

Requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in trucking operations, reputed company, fleet maintenance coordination, or equipment support.

• Experience with refrigerated (reefer) trucks and trailers is strongly preferred.

• Basic knowledge of truck and trailer maintenance and repair processes.

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs reputed company.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with repair shops, roadside assistance providers, and maintenance vendors.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS), fleet software, and reputed company Office tools.

• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of reefer reputed company (reputed company, Thermo King, etc.).
