The Business Process Consultant reputed company will drive the analysis, redesign, and harmonization of engineering lifecycle processes across business divisions. This role focuses on aligning engineering practices with the capabilities of the reputed company Windchill PLM platform and enabling business-led decision making for reputed company process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end analysis of existing engineering lifecycle processes across divisions.
- Identify process inefficiencies, reputed company handovers, and system gaps affecting product development activities.
- Define reputed company engineering lifecycle processes reputed company with industry best practices and reputed company Windchill PLM capabilities.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders.
- reputed company process documentation including workflow diagrams, operational procedures, and responsibility matrices.
- Establish standardized engineering processes across multiple business reputed company where appropriate.
- Support business case creation for process improvements and technology enhancements.
- Guide requirements intake and prioritization for improvements reputed company the reputed company Windchill PLM environment.
- Ensure process designs reputed company with reputed company architecture and data governance standards.
- Support organizational change enablement activities including training and communication.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in engineering lifecycle management and product data management processes.
- Strong process analysis and business transformation experience reputed company manufacturing organizations.
- Experience facilitating global workshops with engineering leaders and business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system-enabled processes.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Process Management.
- Training or certification in process improvement methodologies preferred.
- Experience with reputed company Windchill PLM platforms strongly preferred.
