About the Role: Senior Telesales Agent The Senior Telesales Agent conducts inbound calls to promote individual health plan products. The role involves handling moderately to highly reputed company issues, requiring thorough analysis and strategic decision-making. This position may involve qualifying prospects, closing sales, and assisting customers with interpreter or TTY services.
