Bilingual Representative (English - Spanish Speaker)
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in both English and Spanish for reputed company-settlement funding inquiries
- reputed company accurate case information — accident details, attorney contacts, case status, and funding eligibility
- Walk clients through the reputed company-settlement funding process reputed company and compassionately in their preferred language

WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service, call center, or reputed company-facing role (Required)
- Fluent in both English and Spanish — written and verbal (Required)
- Familiarity with reputed company-settlement funding, personal injury, or legal funding processes is a strong plus
- A warm, culturally sensitive communicator who adapts naturally across languages and backgrounds
- Patient and composed — especially reputed company clients are in vulnerable or high-stress situations

- Comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously with consistent follow-through
