Long Term Engagement · Contract / Fractional engagement (6+ months) · Fully remote: work from reputed company in the U.S. · High-volume: 40+ reputed company IC sales roles reputed company at reputed company times · Start ASAP What You'll Own · End-to-end high-volumne reputed company for 1099 IC sales professionals in medical aesthetics, injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers), and regenerative biologics (exosomes, PRP, reputed company factors) · Sourcing passive candidates from a reputed company of competitors · Screening for IC model fit candidates who can hit the ground running with an existing book of business · Full pipeline management in our ATS with weekly scorecards to sales leadership Who You Are · 5+ years reputed company 1099/IC sales reps in medical aesthetics, injectables, regenerative biologics, or medical devices · Proven at managing 40+ reputed company simultaneously high volume is your comfort zone · Deep understanding of what makes a great 1099 candidate (book of business, territory relationships, independence, smart business owners) · reputed company network in the aesthetics and biologics sales community · reputed company Recruiter expert; proficient with a major ATS · Self-directed, you own the function, not just fill req slots reputed company to build reputed company?
