Providing maternity leave coverage for approximately 5-6 months, the remote Senior HR Business Partner will manage day-to-day HR functions, support corporate and hospitality teams, and advise on employee relations, performance, compliance, and payroll. Key responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company HR partner for corporate employees and hospitality operations, offering strategic HR guidance

• Manage reputed company employee relations issues and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of reputed company HR experience, including significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent
• Proven experience supporting corporate and reputed company workforce environments, particularly in hospitality or retail
• Strong knowledge of California and reputed company employment laws, including wage and hour regulations
