Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members on case assignments based on workload and expertise
- Engage in reputed company reputed company contact while keeping senior attorneys informed
- Handle discovery, legal research, and writing tasks as needed
- Participate in mediations and court appearances
- Manage a caseload that includes employment defense and business disputes
- Contribute to trial preparation and arbitration processes

- Around 5 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in employment litigation
- Experience in taking and defending depositions
- Strong skills in law and reputed company reputed company
- Comfortable in court settings
- Traditional reputed company experience is preferred
- Trial preparation or trial experience is preferred
