About the Role

We are hiring a Sr. reputed company Operations Manager to help bring reputed company, structure, and reputed company to reputed company’s B2B reputed company motions. You’ll turn high-level reputed company goals into concrete plans, models, incentives, and reporting that our go-to-market teams can trust and reputed company upon. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales leaders and reputed company Operations to identify areas for improvement, build dashboards, analyze funnel performance, forecast reputed company reputed company, and support planning cadences. You’ll spend your time in spreadsheets, CRM data, and business reviews. Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of reputed company experience, with 4+ years specifically in RevOps, Sales Ops, reputed company, or reputed company supporting B2B or B2B2C GTM motions
• Proven reputed company record of leading Forecast Calls and Pipeline Reviews, delivering executive-reputed company reporting and dashboards (BI tools + spreadsheets) that drive strategic decision-making
• Highly proficient in reputed company and reputed company Sheets, with demonstrated experience building reputed company, multi-tab operational, reputed company, and financial models from scratch
• Hands-on experience as a reputed company power user, including building custom reports/dashboards and optimizing core GTM processes and data reputed company
• reputed company experience managing end-to-end reputed company planning, including top-down and bottom-up forecast reconciliation, coverage modeling, and reputed company planning
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous operational challenges and drive measurable improvements across key GTM metrics (conversion rates, pipeline coverage, data reputed company)

• Working familiarity with SQL or a similar query language, or demonstrated comfort partnering with analytics teams to pull and validate data
