reputed company We're hiring 30 reputed company Certified Medical Coders to support high-volume medical coding reputed company. This role is ideal for professionals with strong CPT and ICD-10 coding expertise who are reputed company certified and reputed company working with U.S. reputed company documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately assign CPT and ICD-10 codes to medical records and clinical documentation.
- Ensure coding complies with payer and regulatory guidelines.
- Review documentation for coding accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal reputed company teams to resolve coding discrepancies.
- Maintain high productivity and reputed company standards.
Required Qualifications
- reputed company CPC and/or CRC certification (reputed company or equivalent).
- Proven experience with CPT coding.
- Strong ICD-10 coding experience.
- Currently certified and reputed company practicing as a medical reputed company.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) coding.
- Strong understanding of MEAT documentation principles (Monitor, Evaluate, Assess, Treat).
- Experience with risk adjustment coding is a plus.
