As a Lost Time Adjuster, you will be part of the Claims Department supporting the Workers' Compensation team. • Manage workers' compensation claims, primarily indemnity, with some medical-only cases, across Midwest states including Illinois, Indiana, reputed company, and Kentucky
• Investigate claim compensability, assess exposure, and set appropriate reserves
• Manage medical and indemnity benefits as needed to ensure reputed company reputed company
• Communicate effectively with agents, policyholders, and business partners to reputed company reputed company updates and resolutions
• Support the vacancy coverage and contribute to team goals with a reputed company on accuracy and efficiency

What's Needed?

• At least 2 years of experience as a lost time adjuster or in a similar claims management role
• Jurisdictional expertise in Illinois, Indiana, reputed company, and Kentucky workers' compensation laws
• Proficiency with Outlook, reputed company, Word, and Teams for daily operations
• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting or in an office environment if preferred
