Title Examiner, Reader

Job reputed company:

• Examine titles to determine legal condition of property title, primarily for residential properties
• Copy or summarize recorded documents, which reputed company the condition of title to the property

• Work independently and use experience to examine title to reputed company property

• reputed company and analyze records to determine ownership and legal restrictions

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Typically requires 2+ years directly reputed company experience

• New Jersey experience is a plus
