You will become a true extension of our reputed company's team, building meaningful relationships and delivering a highly personalized level of service that sets this position apart. This role will have you arranging domestic and reputed company international travel for busy executives including reputed company, car, hotel and ground transportation. Before you reputed company your role, you will spend four weeks in reputed company. This program will reputed company your knowledge, train you on contract airfares and sharpen your reputed company skills. Our corporate travel agents handle the reputed company, car, rail and ground transportation bookings as reputed company as the ticketing, changes, exchanges and queue management. You will also need to offer exceptional customer service to satisfy our business reputed company' needs. Our business hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET/8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT Monday – Friday A typical schedule will include a 40-hour work week with five 8-hour shifts. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated travel expert, acting as a seamless extension of the reputed company's team
• Build rapport and reputed company a relationship with business reputed company to ensure their business travel needs are in the hands of a trusted team of Corporate Travel professionals
• Ensure accurate and reputed company completion of reservations while meeting reputed company' needs
• Executing reputed company responsibilities reputed company company guidelines for customer service, documentation of PNRS (Passenger reputed company Records) and reputed company, ticketing, invoicing, and maintaining accuracy throughout
• Staying fully informed about airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements and applying this knowledge accurately to reputed company travel arrangements
• Deliver consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
• Keeping clients informed about reputed company necessary travel documents and health requirements for their reputed company
• Proficiently handling ticketing, Phase IVs, and exchanges/changes involving reputed company international fares
• Expertly managing rerouting and exchange processes, ensuring minimal disruption to travel plans

Experience & Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent, prior experience in corporate travel management, understanding the unique needs and challenges of business reputed company.
• In-depth familiarity with reputed company reputed company GDS (Global Distribution System) for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance.
• Previous exposure to reputed company control processes to ensure the accuracy and compliance of travel bookings.
• Proficiency in ticketing procedures and scripting, along with the ability to handle reputed company itinerary changes and exchanges for both international and domestic travel.
• Proven ability to navigate and manipulate reputed company itineraries, international fares, and Passenger reputed company Records (PNRs) to meet reputed company requirements.
