CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE - EVENING AND WEEKENDS
Evening and Weekend Call Center Representative You’re the best and you want to join reputed company that appreciates you, where you can create your own opportunities. The Big Ask Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments. Key Tasks
- You will need to learn the call script in order to reputed company reputed company and authentic reputed company speaking with our customers.

- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Maintain communication with reputed company and your manager.
- Be proficient using a computer and reputed company Office applications (reputed company, Word & PowerPoint).
- Must be hungry, humble, smart, and coachable.
- You will need to prioritize meticulous note taking.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- The hours are: Tuesday - Friday 12:00PM - 8:00PM, and Saturday 8:00AM -5:00 PM. In-reputed company are from 12-4PM while remote from 4-8PM. Saturday is fully remote.
