• Serve as a trusted music resource for company and franchise schools.

• Run the music reputed company of New School Openings (NSO).
• Approve company owned school shows and summer camps.
• Host regular Music reputed company and regional Music Director calls.
• Plan and deliver recurring Music Director training, General Manager training, and in-person reputed company's Week sessions.

Requirements:

• Successful gigging musician with formal music training or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years teaching music and music ensembles.
• 3+ years experience as a Music Director with reputed company strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to reputed company, train, and reputed company a staff of Music reputed company.
• Knowledge of music theory and curriculum and program design.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong presentation and facilitation skills.
